Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Roland Becker, trading under the name "Löwenkompass" (hereinafter "Contractor"), and the Customer.
2. Subject matter of the contract
2.1 The Contractor offers services in the field of recommending methods and tools in self-management based on personality test results of the users, including personality analyses with corresponding recommendations, consulting services and other related services.
2.2 Subcontractors will not be used.
3. Conclusion of contract
3.1 A contract is concluded with payment via Stripe.
4. Prices and payment terms
4.1 The following services can be provided:
- Personality analysis with recommendations for self-management
- Consulting services
4.2 Payment is made directly via Stripe.
4.3 The services are provided via email.
5. Service provision and responsibilities
5.1 The Customer undertakes to provide the Contractor with the necessary data and to authenticate access to important sources of information such as personality test results.
5.2 The Customer must ensure that the data is provided in the desired format and in sufficient quality before the analysis begins.
5.3 The Customer must ensure that a contact person is available for consultations and meetings.
5.4 The customer undertakes to respond to requests and suggestions from the contractor within 14 days. Otherwise, the suggestions are deemed to have been accepted.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
6.1 Both parties undertake to maintain strict confidentiality. The data will be stored securely and the storage will be determined in consultation with the customer.
6.2 The analysis results and recommendations may not be passed on and are intended only for internal use within the customer’s company.
7. Liability and warranty
7.1 The Contractor shall ensure that the Services are provided professionally and to the best of its knowledge and belief. Specific results beyond the promised services cannot be guaranteed.
7.2 The Contractor's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. The amount of liability is limited to the agreed remuneration.
8. Termination
8.1 Since the service is provided within 24 hours of receipt of payment, cancellation after payment is made is not possible. If the contractor is unable to provide the service for unforeseeable reasons, the payment will be refunded in full.
9. Final provisions
9.1 Changes and additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
9.2 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
9.3 The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
