Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal for contracts concluded outside of business premises or via distance selling. However, for our services, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service provision begins after the contract has been concluded.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires in the case of contracts for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has fully provided the service and has only started to perform the service after the consumer has given his express consent and at the same time confirmed his knowledge that he will lose his right of withdrawal if the entrepreneur fully fulfills the contract.
